This is the first VHS I have from Mad. I got it because 4 Plugs is one of my favorite albums of theirs, and I loved that the cover art was identical. There are no interviews or anything on this tape, just music videos.

This tape also comes with a trifold insert right on top of the tape underneath the slipcase, showcasing the same artwork used in the album's liner notes.
Finally, here is the cover of the tape compared to the album's cover. Despite small color differences, namely a darker brown ground and a darker, yellower doll, they're pretty much identical.
